The Top Cable company, the leader in the manufacture of electric cables worldwide, suffered a serious problem of loss of the electric conductor shutdown process. Before the electric conductor cable is covered with vulcanized rubber, the electric conductor is covered with talc to gain flexibility. In this process of hammering, the company underwent strong material losses and propagation of talc powder in the atmosphere of the factory. Fapp designed and developed a sharpener with an aspiration that solved this problem, reusing all the talc. This team fired talc on the cable. An electrostatic generator adhered talc to the cable. Through a suction system, the falling talcum powder was collected and reused in the process, generating savings and hygiene at the factory.
