Some types of dust saturate vacuum cleaners’ filters very quickly. To solve this problem, Fapp has developed the Fapp Jet filter self-cleaning system through the injection of compressed air in the inverse direction of vacuuming. This system works with a programmed timer or a digital manometer that measures the level of filter saturation to decide when to shoot the compressed air. It can also include a manual button. This system avoids the associated costs to stopping machinery, opening it and cleaning the filters manually.
